Overjoyed
It was Monday. A brand new day and a brand new week. Work was good on that day, coz i sent my first up after a very long time. It was a last hour up, and i've got myself extra $25 added on to $40 for a couple. Wow!! And know what? Naresh was extremely happy that i did manage to send one that day. Even my collougues were happy for me too. He told me that i could try for 1 up everyday for 6 days, so that i could get another $100 bonus.
His team was off on Tuesday. So, no one to keep and eye on me while working. Haha!! Crowd was bad... The surveys i did were only like 4 or 5 of it? That pathetic, yupz. I ended the day with nothing.
It's Wednesday, and he's back. Haha!! Oh, and we all were clothed in white polo t-shirts. The crowd was not bad that day. But what i did often was, talking to my collegues. And when he came to do spot-check on us, he picked on me saying that, i was talking whenever he's down to see how we were doing. I got to work immediately after that. Haha... I was told to work in isolation too. Indeed, working in isolation helped me got another couple up. It was during the last hour again. The couple worked as airline cabin crew, and we walked and talked. They were a nice couple. And yes, he again was happy for me. He frankly told me that, the manager had in mind to get rid of those who weren't performing well. Was told to put in more effort, coz he didn't want me to leave the job. He's target for me is to bring home $500 this week.
As for today, i didn't know what happened to me. Was like dreaming the whole afternoon. Haha... Anyways, my collegues and i were chased out from the train station by the station man. He said no surveys to be done there. Fine... We'll leave and not block your way. Haha!! Oh, he teased me by saying that at 730pm i would get an up, coz i got two ups at the last hour. And also that, i should just start working from 7 to 8pm. Haha!! What a joke. Anyway, my collegues and i saw Taiwan's hottest boy band, 5566. They were at CD Rama signing poster, i think. From afar, i saw a swarm of girls running towards the station, but do not know who were they after. So decided to get a drink from the dispenser, and then found out that it was them who made the girls scream and yell for them. Haha!! I admit, they were human after all but were richer than anybody else and has more fame. That's over. The celebs made my day! Haha!! Like real... I got another up! But this time, it's not at the last hour, so no extra $25. :-( After that, i was told to try get one more for the last hour. Know what? I was practically not approaching anybody, especially couples whom i just let them pass by me. I showed an sms to my collegue from him. She laughed. The sms read: "The time has come for you to send little devil." It's just so funny! Is that hour my lucky hour? Haha!!
I would say, the streets are getting better these few days. People are coming out of their houses and are doing shopping at the malls. It'll be another day tomorrow. Geez.. If i manage to get one tomorrow and saturday, it means that i'll have to go back on sunday in order to hit 6 for the week. We shall see how everything goes.
By the way, the "he" refers to boss. In case you do not know who it is.
