My long weekend
It's a Good Friday public holiday, but i did not go to work. Boss said that it was my Good Friday, and so i should decide whether or not to go back to work. Then i thought, better not, coz i needed the energy to last me till the night rehearsal. And so, i've got a day's rest. Plus, tomorrow i would not be working too, coz call time for musical is at 3, and there is no point for me to go work at 1. Sunday's my official off day, no need to work. Yeah... It has been such a long time i've had a long weekend. The only long weekend you would get is when you were at school.
Oh, the only couple i sent for the week bought a deal. Thus, i've got $100 extra bonus. Not only that, i think the extra spiff was added too. So, i think i made close to $200. Wow... $200 may mean little to those who get $1000+, but it means alot to me. Coz i think that, i used patience and the effort to get the money in my pockets. Let me see... Perhaps, my next pay cheque would be $300+? For the first time my pay cheque looks "presentable". Haha!!! Thanks to my boss, who told me to approach the couple again, even though i said i already asked. Next, thanks to the couple who bought, even though i told them not to buy anything. I still remember when i started work. I practically earned the money from my basic. And after many pep talks, and "scoldings" i finally got to work. The money has started to roll into my pockets. Hehe... I still remembered what my boss said to me whenever i got nothing for the day:"Don't worry Cheryl. Your luck would come soon." Indeed it has come. I would say the couple who bought was my 4th couple after Disney on Ice.
Gonna rest, charging up for the musical in 14hrs time. Nitez.....
