The night party animals
What a wonderful and happening night was it at Sentosa Island. Practically every single member of the company were present for the party. And this it how it began....
2pm: met Leon, Bernard and Danielle at Orchard. Thought we could get a free ride from Orchard to Sentosa, but no. We then took train to Tiong Bahru, and from there we took the shuttle bus in.
Close to 3pm: Boarded the island's shuttle bus and we were on our way to Sunset Bay. Yeah! What a bumpy ride it was. Bus stopped at Palawan Beach, which we were suppose to alight. However, the 4 of us didn't alight and so we continued the bus ride. How silly of us. Went to ask the driver where to alight, and she said it was suppose to be that stop. But we were told to drop at Siloso Beach and walk towards the left to get to Sunset Bay. And so we walked. Bernard called one of the boss to see if they were there yet. Guess what? None of them were there, and Bernard was told that the party starts at 1630. Was damn funny...
At Sunset Bay: Nurul and Shino were there already at 1. They were trying to tan themselves, but unfortunately the sun wasn't that hot. Then came a few other OPCs. Played beach volley, but ended up running after the ball. I got myself wet by picking up the ball from the water. Went to get drink, but the only free drink available was alcohol. Didn't know what Nurul had, so Danielle and me got the same, which turned out to be vodka coke. Dan said it isn't nice, but we drank it anyway. Actually wanted to go for a stroll, but got ourselves into playing "Drunken Sailor". Dan, Simren and me were like the only OPC around for the stupid game. How pathetic... Think my team got last.
Central Beach: Walked to Central Beach and then went to the little island across it. Sim, Dan and Nurul went in for a dip, while Rabbish and i sat and watch them. At 6+, Shino called to say they started dinner, and so we headed back.
Back at Sunset Bay, Shalini, Jas and Dino were already there. Dan and i sat down and ate with Leon. Leon went ahead for second serving, but he practically left food all over the plate. Had my fill and went to the pool table to join the rest of the guys and gals. Dan took out her cam to take pictures. Me took a picture together with my "daddy" aka boss. Dan said we looked like a perfect couple, but sorry... Took picture with Leon too, who says that i'm his little sister. All the girls there were like taking turns to take photo with each of the guys there. Should see how the girls throw themselves to the guys.
The best has yet to come
FOAM PARTY HAS BEGAN!! Everyone was jumping into the foam pool, and i was sitting there grooving to the music. "Daddy" came back with foam all over him, because he was an innocent victim who got carried and thrown into the foam while he was getting a drink. Haha!! He came and looked for someone else to bring into the foam. That "lucky" person was none other than..... ME! Was trying to squirm away from him, but then came Leon. The both of them had to carry a little girl like me there. Off i go, and was dropped in the pool. Managed to pick myself up and cleared foam off myself. Got out of there and wash off everything. I hate foam, it makes the body sticky. Never will i go back in there again.
"Daddy" asked if i wanted a drink. I refused, but he said he'll accompany me for a beer. Yup! My first beer with him. Psst...Don't tell anyone..Mum ain't sure of party situation. Drank about one-quarter of it, and he picked up my cup and started to gulp it down my throat. Just two gulps, my cup was halved. Didn't drink much, coz i needed to look after my collegue who wasn't drunk, but high. I was like trying to get Shalini to drink, but she kept refusing. I knew what i was doing. i was totally at my senses.
Everyone was very high. Started to pour drinks over each other. I was a victim of the drink fight. Got beer poured over me. Can't imagine if i were to go back home, smelling of beer all over. Definitely will be questioned by Mum. Thanks to Danielle, i had a place to sleep over. By 11, one of our boss was really drunk. Was not sure what he was doing, he started to pull down the pants some guys. Kz... Shall not go further in detail... "Daddy" was tipsy, but he didn't go round saying things. Haha...
It was a big party. Lots of things happened, but can't exactly remember what happened. Saw everyone getting high and drunk, which you don't get to see while at work. The members of LGM behaved differently at party and at work.
Well, that's night life for me for once. Guess i'll have to wait for quite sometime before i get a happening night life, again.. ;-)
