Term tests results
Well, i don't know how to put it... But i really have to thank the Lord for EVERYTHING. Got back 2 papers on Monday and the remaining 3 today.
Here are the marks and grades:
FCSOS: 21/40 D (I thought i would screw this paper,but JUST passed)
JAVA: 22/50 F (Didn't know what i was doing, and flunked it)
CompMaths2: 28.5/50 D (Am a borderline student for maths, so yeah)
NMM: 34.5/40 A!! (Sheesh!! Had no idea that i could do that well. I'd be satisfied with just 30)
IISO: Don't know exact score, but grade was B+ (Surprised!! I crapped my way through this paper)
Overall, i think i did pretty fine. Seriously, I wasn't really prepared for the papers. If i were, it would have just been scanning through the lecture notes and not absorbing the details into mind. I suppose this results would motivate me to study more in this term, so that i can move on to year 2 without repeating any subjects.
TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!!

Youth Jams
It was a great success for the first Youth Jams at PowerHouse!! PRAISE THE LORD!! The basement sanctuary was almost packed with lots and lots of people. Worship was great, and it was the first time i see people enjoying worship session. Although some wires gave the mics problems, noone bothered about it. Oh! I got myself 2 blisters after playing too much of the tambourine for worship. Anyway, performance numbers by the dancers and mimists were really wonderful. Almost 2 months of afternoon practice sessions were all paid off. I hoped that what we did, would touch the hearts of the people. To the other Youth Jams coming up later this year: We'll ROCK the basement down!! Yeah??!!
I think that today's Youth Jam was an encouragement for me. I used to think that, not many people would bring their friends over for such events. But today, it proved me wrong. I felt so glad when there were close to about 10 new people at PowerHouse. Like Wow!! It's like, for normal PowerHouse worship, there's hardly one new friend a week. Well, i actually tried inviting my juniors down for the event. Unfortunately, they weren't able to make it. Don't know why, my invitations were turned down most of the time. Why?? Even the younger people could convince their friends to come, but why can't I?
New school term starts tomorrow... Urgh~~~ Got to start working hard and smart....
