Boring nights to come

Rrright... Time really flies. Season 3 of American Idol has come to an end tonight. *sighs* My favourite reality tv shows have all ended, and there's nothing on tv for me to watch.

At last, the 3rd American Idol was crowned. It's a great feeling to be able to catch the audition episodes, and the final 12 episodes (excluding Big Band night) of the entire season. After watching, the chit-chatting with friends about the finalists performances was addictive. Just can't stop myself from talking about the competition. Songs that the contestants sang will just be ringing in my head, and i will go look for the song and download it. It doesn't bore me just listening to those songs over and over again.

I kind of think that, the audition episodes were really interesting, cuz you never know what sort of people would go for the audition. The worst singer thinks that, he/she is the best singer and can be a super star after that. It was so damn hilarious to watch people singing out of pitch, and trying to sing when they can't even sing... The list goes on and on... Hmm... Just wait till Singapore Idol comes along, and shall see those star wannabes go for the audition. Singapore is so small, and perhaps, may be able to see some familiar faces on the show. Just wait till it goes on air. Haha!! Are they able to take those mean critics and comments about their singing?

The 3 judges of the show are going to be missed too. Randy and his "dawg..", Paula and her helpful comments about the contestants, and last but not least, man of the show Simon Cowell for his mean critics and his charm. Haha!! I wonder if the judges of Singapore Idol, will they be the same as the trio for American Idol? Will they be able to find Singapore's First Idol?? Just watch it...

Well, i'm thinking if the contestants of Singapore Idol has the same potential as the former American Idol contestants? If you want to be good, you will definitely have to be extremely talented to make the cut. The winner may be Singapore's Idol, but what if there's like another World Idol title? Our idol could be a total disgrace to us. Haha!! Singapore Idol better be good on this little island.

Sheesh... It's America's choice to give Fantasia the idol title. The judges have always given her good comments. And even though she might have screwed up the song, people still loved her. Yes, she brings her songs to life and makes people feel the song in her. She's in a total different league, and that's why she won. Simon's prediction was wrong man, cuz he said that the winner would be Diana. She is young and still has many years ahead of her. Hopes she will get a record deal, soon. Oh, "I Believe" was so well done by Diana. Those who made it into the final 10/12, will have good careers ahead of them. Their talents have been brought out, and it's for record companies and the media industry to spot them. Wish all of them the best of luck!!
