chiJazz 2004

Clara, all your fault ah... Your livejournal about the festival was damn good ah. Short and sweet... Haha!! Eh worship ministry people, you all missed out alot of good stuff man...

Anyway, i remembered the jazz festival i went to was in 2002. Didnt really know how to appreciate good music back then. But after Sunday, it was POWER!!!

- Bassists were super happening, using 4-string to 6-string bass
- Drummers like Tama Goh/TamaGore (whichever), Louis Soliano were impressive & the Trombone player, Leo Nash was kind of cute
- ChromoZone just rocks to the core!! The black, female singer was just too good
- Don (right?) the keyboardist could make people faint with his playing
- SingaporeStompers, this Dixieland music mini brass band, they were a fun bunch of musicians & the Tuba player, Adrian was a good-looking one

Yepz... Had absoulutely a wonderful night. Oh, we saw the auntie who dances around at any musis festival at chijmes this time again. Last saw her was 2002, ECP's Blues festival and chijmes Jazz festival. Haha!! Do watch out for her when you go to music festivals.

And, Clara and i were like "checking out" this afro-haired waiter who had a Greek look at the restaurant behind us. He looked like he wasn't bothered by the jazzed ambience there. His face remained straight and he just did what he's suppose to do. It was seriously a damn hilarious sight. People there were all like enjoying the music, and he can have no reactions to it. So funny...

Okie... Haven't had such fun for quite sometime. More of these, more of these. Please...
