Always remember life is without a problem, never without difficulty, never without hurtful moments, but never without God to lean on.

Crossover 2004
It's 2 days after the camp, and finally the entry about camp. Well, i shall not go into the details of the camp, cuz others might blog event by event. So, i just say about the thoughts i had for the camp.
Overall, camp was fantastic. Prayers were answered from God, and indeed the camp had a great impact on the campers. This entire camp got us tested in many ways - spiritual, mental, and physical. I, myself got tested more on the spiritual and mental aspects, and a bit of "physical" tiredness felt cuz of the lack of sleep, and with the juggling of school in the day, then the night activities. Everything was just so awesome... Of all the 3 camps we had, this was i suppose the best of the best. Nothing beats it! Really. It was most likely the first time the youths took a camp to a very serious stage, cuz the main theme of CROSSOVER was to journey through what Jesus had done for us. Lives were touched and i believe that each individual had got to experience the Lord. Amen!!
Personally, this camp felt more like a fellowship session with the youths. Not that i got to know each and single one of camper, but at least i had the chance to know their names and tried to help them feel comfortable. Hope that in 2005, i will have the time and opportunity to reach out to those "inactive" ones. :-)
Here's a short tribute to you campers out there.
Gethsemane - Well, almost half of the team were from last year's Ephraim. Haha!! But we rocked at this year's camp, right?? To Clara, Claire, Grace, Missy, Bridget, Serene, Jaime, Enoch, Timo, Melvin, John, Glenn, Daryl... (Missed anyone else??) You guys & gurls did the physical stuff without me around, i'm so proud of you all!!!
Ian Tann - We both were the privileged ones who can walk in and out of the "restricted zone" (the office) as and whenever we liked. Had fun just fellowshipping and talking crap with you and Doc. So glad that you made the effort to come for this camp and you really grew and are still growing.
Facilitators - Daniel K, Enoch, Sharon & Cheryl Chan. This camp would not have been possible without you. It's a pity that i didn't get to facilitate the camp with you, but i'm sure you all had learnt the ropes well from doc. Right? Hmm.. I'm suppose to help too, but dunno why doc put me as camper.. Haha...
P6ers - You boys and girls were so 'onz' for the camp. Thank you for your enthusiasm and participation. POWERHOUSE+ is looking forward to have you as part of God's family.
Yeshuans - To Marlon, Deyb, PJ & Allen: Thank you for the 3 Decembers that you were here in Singapore to help us with our camps. To Juville, Mylene & Vernon - It's your first time here with us at our camp. We love you so much and we'll miss you. Especially Vernon, your crappy stuff just crack people up. Thanks for the partnership we had with you at camps and mission trips. Keep the ministry going and we'll be praying for you.
Finally, to EVERYBODY (part/full time) who went for CROSSOVER 2004, A BIG THANK YOU!!! Also to those who help in the funds, it won't be possible without your help.
With that, it concludes everything. But it's time to start afresh once again...
